Thanksgiving, And Headwear

Theres nothing wrong with food, I'm a big fan of it. My favorite food is the kind that I don't have pay for. Thanksgiving is the holiday where we all eat, and watch as the holiday is annexed by X-mas. That always seemed unfair. All of the kids like X-mas enough without having to invaded another holiday's territory.

I tend to spend thanksgiving with my family, though I'm not a big fan of family togetherness.
This applies to my relatives, not my siblings or parental units. At gatherings I'm forced to interact, Something that I lack talent in. I've noticed that most conversation with relatives is the same old thing. You or the relative will ask an empty question like "How's it Going?" and the response to the question is really nothing but lip service. I cant really complain about that too much, because I'm not very interested in their affairs as they are in mine. My Dad's side of the family is catholic, and I don't like religions in general. That makes the whole saying grace thing kinda awkward, Luckily I don't have to lead the prayer, and every bodies eyes are closed so they don't see me sitting idly. Fun thing about Religious relatives is their reactions to any piece of art i make that looks "evil".
If they think this is bad, just wait till I do a Painting of black Jesus...

The day after thanksgiving was less awkward. I met in the city with some friends, and wandered aimlessly looking for adventure. Sadly not much adventure was found. I did however find a hat. My history with hats hasn't been a very nice one. I've never found a hat that looked good on me until I found this one. I'm very happy with it.
